- 2023: BA in English Studies. University of the Balearic Islands.
- 2021-2022: Research assistant at the University of the Balearic Islands. [Task: Transcription and coding of texts from the ICE-Gibraltar corpus. Supervisor: Dr. Lucía Loureiro-Porto].
- January-May 2022: Erasmus exchange at University College Cork, Ireland.
- 2024: MA in Modern Languages and Literatures with a specialization in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics. University of the Balearic Islands [Title: “The BE-passive in Gibraltar English: A variationist analysis.” Supervisor: Dr. Lucía Loureiro-Porto].
- July 2024: Pre-doctoral researcher funded by the Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (CAIB).
- September 2024- onwards: PhD dissertation currently in progress. [Title: A corpus-based approach to the study of the BE-passive in Gibraltar English: Morphosyntactic variation, socio-cultural pragmatics and language contact in focus. Supervisor: Dr. Lucía Loureiro-Porto].

My main interests in ViEW
- Tense and aspect, with special reference to the expression of the perfect.
- The BE-passive, with emphasis on morphosyntactic variation, distribution across text types and pragmatics.
- Syntax of World Englishes, particularly Irish English and Gibraltar English.
- Corpus-based studies, with a focus on the International Corpus of English (ICE)
